FAQ
What is a capability zone?
Capability zones group what an agent does — Informational, Assisted Work, Action-taking. Each zone has its own risk profile, expected controls, and evidence expectations.
What is an improvement action?
A named, prioritised, status-tracked piece of work that closes a finding from an assessment, report, or AI Radar update. 4 priorities (critical / high / medium / low), 5 statuses, 4 sources.
What does old-report-immutable mean?
Once a report is generated, it is never edited. New assessments produce new reports. The old report stands as a permanent record so progress is real, not retroactive.
What triggers a reassessment?
Four things: an approved AI Radar intelligence update that affects this environment, a report older than the freshness threshold (90 days), an open critical improvement action, or a customer-requested reassessment.
What can each role do?
Owner has full control + delete workspace. Admin manages members, environments, agents, reports, improvements. Reviewer runs assessments + raises improvements. Viewer is read-only.
Does AgentProof take payments?
AgentProof is in private pilot and does not currently process them. There is no checkout, no invoice generation, and no public pricing page inside the product.
Is AgentProof a certification body?
No. AgentProof is not an accrediting body — it is a provider-agnostic design-readiness lens. It does not issue regulatory or legal approvals and does not speak on behalf of any platform vendor.
Does AgentProof watch live agent traffic?
No. AgentProof is not a runtime monitor and does not watch live agent traffic. It scores design-readiness from evidence at assessment time.
