A connector says 'not connected yet'
Open the environment setup wizard. Pick the connector that matches where your agents live. AgentProof handles the connection inside the product UI — no env-file editing.
Open /workspace/environments/setup →An invitation says 'expired'
Invitations last 24 hours. Ask your workspace admin to issue a new one from the customer admin centre.
Open /workspace/admin →A report appears to be missing
Reports are tied to an environment. Use the workspace-wide reports list or open the environment's reports surface. Old reports remain immutable.
Open /reports →/api/health/readiness returns ready=false
The minimum required environment variables are not all present in the deployment. Your platform admin can review presence in /admin/setup. AgentProof never echoes the value.
Open /admin/setup →An improvement action status will not update
Confirm the action_id is correct and your role has can_raise_improvements (reviewer / admin / owner). Viewer is read-only by design.
